There was a cloud hanging over Sauvignon Blanc prior to the 2005 harvest, with three producers having been fingered for adulterating their 2004 vintage with flavourants. The good news is that 2005 has produced one of the best categories ever reviewed in WINE, and that some of what rated best in 2004 has
