Albert Roux of La Gavroche

OBE and Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur, Albert Roux, along with brother Michel, is credited with sparking Britain’s restaurant renaissance. Their London restaurant La Gavroche, which opened in 1967, was the first Michelin-starred venue in the UK. Roux was recently hosted in South Africa by Vondeling Wines. Interview by Rob Morris.
