Cape Wine Academy
The Academy offers a range of beginner and advanced
courses - from fun-filled short courses to intensive
tasting seminars - on a range of subjects for corporates,
tertiary purposes, the trade and the general public:
wine, olive oil, brandy, wine-and-food pairing, and
cocktails. The "Introduction to South African
Wine", Certificate and Diploma courses precede
the Cape Wine Masters qualification. Also: technical
