The Wine Club of South Africa

"Why you should join The Wine Club of South Africa"

The Wine Club of South Africa is not just 'another' wine club, but a new way to enjoy wine and to drink it with confidence, knowing that all wines are selected as the best of the bunch by a knowledgeable international panel - and are exceptionally well priced! Membership is free.

Wine is a complex subject, with thousands of wines available from around the world, with a different vintage every year - so choosing reliable selections is never easy. And going to a wine shop to choose a wine from the shelf is always a gamble - how well have the wines been stored? And visiting wine farms is time consuming and uncertain. There is rarely a link between the price of a wine and the enjoyment it provides, so how to make choices which aren't going to disappoint or be over-priced?

The Wine Club of South Africa is a new club which represents the wine-buying interests of its members; we have appointed an independent and knowledgeable panel of wine authorities whose sole task is to select those wine discoveries that will bring joy to wine lovers across the country - exceptional wines at modest prices. Four times a year our panel meets to taste and sift through the best wines we can find in the marketplace all with different styles and at different price points. Our selections ensure that members can drink the best wines with confidence and not be disappointed. Remember we only represent our members and never any 3rd party interests.

There are also many wonderful member and new benefits available to make your enjoyment of wine even more complete, including exclusive wine tasting events, educational programmes providing members the chance to learn more about wine, vineyard visits organised for members in RSA and internationally, 50% off the first bottle of wine in some of the best restaurants across the country and many more. All member benefits are free when you enrol and maintain your membership.

So see for yourself how the world of wine has suddenly become more accessible and easy to enjoy!
