Perfectly executed, innovative tasting menus spring from the pots of executive chef Margot Janse and her head chef Chris Erasmus. Savour mouthfuls of morel consommé, morsels of tender quail en crépinette and a foie gras crème brûlée, which is so delicious that you will abandon all hope of elegance and wipe out the bowl with your finger. A word of warning: the food is extraordinarily skilled, but occasionally the desire to impress seems to supersede the desire to give pleasure
