It's cosy in Cape Town's revived inner city. At Boo Radley's, bags a barstool for a drink, then move to an adjacent restaurant table for bistro comfort fare. The grill room décor looks sharp but no proper partitions means the eating may get smoky. Mussels in unusual mascarpone cheese broth or bouillabaisse are mighty tasty, and menu mark-ups are low.
