New 15 on Orange Hotel is the talk of Cape Town with its contemporary décor and chic Murano Bar featuring countless Murano crystal links.
Mauritian executive chef Michael Meyepa is determined that flagship restaurant Savour is a departure from run-of-the-mill hotel dining. His food certainly does the talking, dishes inspired by his international travels onboard the world's largest ocean resort.
