A NOBLE TREAT
Noble Hill has puts its Shiraz to good use in its red-onion marmalade, prepared on the farm as part of its deli offering. Made by chefs Jeanine van der Vyver and Chané Loubser, it can be eaten together with a sliver of cheese on a cracker or as a relish on top of a burger or even a steak.
