WHY? Because this historic wine estate, owned by Mrs Cointreau of the famous cognac family, offers several different venues for holding ceremonies and receptions, from the pretty gardens to the old maturation cellar, and can cater for groups of up to 120. Choose from brunches and lunches to cocktail parties and formal sit down dinners with dancing. Be prepared to share your special day with other happy couples as Morgenhof can accommodate more than one wedding at the same time.Cuisine veers to modern classics, and can take the form of a buffet or plated set menus. Only Morgenhof wines may be used, but no corkage fee will be charged on sparkling wine or Champagne.

WE THINK... the choice of venues for exchanging vows - on the lawn or in one of two delightful chapels - is a real plus, while there's plenty of pretty and historic scenery for pictures.
