Marinated fillet of beef with stir-fried noodles

MARINATED FILLET OF BEEF WITH STIR-FRIED NOODLES
Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 pack (400g) of glass (rice) tagliatelle
400g stir fry veg (ingredients listed
below)
Tatsoi
Spring onions
Carrots
Pok Choi
Red/yellow/green peppers
Shitake mushrooms
Bean sprouts
30ml Kecap Manis (sweet indonesian
soya)
30ml Kikkoman light soya
20ml Dark soya
25ml garlic, chilli, lemongrass paste
30ml Sesame oil
300g Beef fillet cubed (marinated in
soya, garlic, ginger)
Sesame seeds and sprouts for garnish

 

Method:
Blanche noodles in salt water and
drain. Rinse off with cold water. Best
done a few hours before or night
before. Use a hot wok with sesame oil
to stir fry veg, garlic paste, chilli and
ginger. Add marinated beef fi llet cubes.
Add noodles. Garnish and serve.
