Lindt Chocolate Studio

Calling chocolate lovers. After Lindt Swiss master chocolatiers set up a studio for Capetonians, demand from up north led to the recent opening of a Lindt Chocolate Studio in the Design Quarter of Jozi’s Fourways. Twelve specialist workshops are on offer throughout the year, aimed at pro and amateur chocolate fans alike. Learn about basics such as tempering chocolate and making truffles, or try new courses on petit chocolate desserts in a glass or chocolate cake creation and decor.
