AUTHENTIC GREEK CUISINE

The new piazza in The Firs of Rosebank, Johannesburg, has a finally been completed. Kuzina, the fourth restaurant in this trendy square, opened its doors recently and offers classic, contemporary Greek cuisine in a stylish setting. Kuzina’s menu is peppered with interesting mezze options as well as more substantial dishes produced by world-renowned Greek chef, Yiannis Boxevanis. His modern take on Greek cuisine is a breath of fresh air and the traditional dishes seem to have an extra element of authenticity that is sure to put this restaurant on the foodie map. Kuzina also has a selection of specials that change on a monthly basis to entice you back time and again as you explore the wonders of Greek food culture. The wine list is well thought out with a good selection of wines by the glass, making Kuzina the ideal spot to gather for a light mezze lunch with a glass of wine to enjoy the cosmopolitan feel of Rosebank.
