This upmarket Indian restaurant features tables immaculately set with white napery, a large bar and a new sundeck with exquisite views of the sea. The fare is mostly North Indian, with more than 120 items on the menu. The standout starter is the chicken lollipop (coriander and cumin rich, deep-fried, partially de-boned wings). Items from the tandoor are specialities – the tandoori crayfish is beyond decadent in its opulence. The roti are light as air, flaky flat breads. Six paneer based dishes, numerous chickpea and aubergine items and a vegetable thali platter mean that non-meat eaters will never go hungry. For afters, chill with a vermicelli dessert, a Bombay krush or lassi.
