Fairview wine has upgraded its tasting room

Fairview wine and cheese estate has upgraded its tasting room to a room consisting of sales and tasting "hubs" or pods. Forming own business units, each of these pods will be run by two-person teams, managing different aspects of the tasting experience. Owner Charles Back envisages that this design will uplift the tasting experience since the pod concept will inspire competition between the teams.

He also hopes that this orientation will enable tasting hosts to accommodate large groups without impacting on the experience of other guests. Good idea. Maybe it is time to pay Fairview another Cellar Door visit?
