WHY? Because an intimate wedding with no more than 60 guests couldn't be more stylish than at the glamorous new restaurant on the wine estate famous for being the first Mèthode Cap Classique producer in SA. With its whimsical decor touches and views of vineyards and mountains, the venue lends itself to an elegant sit down dinner, but you'll have to leave your dancing shoes at home; there's simply no space. Have your ceremony out on the lawn and get lost with your lover in the romantic vine labyrinth. No set fees or packages means that they are flexible and will handle each request individually. With such a strikingly decorated space, you won't have to worry about dressing it up, and, beyond flowers, nor will you be allowed to. The cuisine is fresh and contemporary, and with the guidance of the restaurant, couples can create their own menus according to taste preferences and budget. Wines are from Simonsig Estate only, but then there's a wide choice including delicious bubbly.

WE THINK... with such a scenic setting, you'll want to utilise the outside areas too; the lawn in front of the restaurant is perfect for transforming into an alfresco lounge area and ‘champagne bar'.
