Private Collection introduces "new era" for Boland Kelder
Boland Kelder has introduced a new series of boutique wines to their range under the Boland Private Cellar Label. Described as heralding a "new era" for the winery, managing director Jean du Toit says the aim was to create wines with a true expression of terroir by sourcing grapes from select locations.
A joint venture between Boland Kelder and three grape growers, the range currently consists of a Shiraz/Viognier blend (R63 a bottle), Chenin Blanc (R46) and Sauvignon Blanc (R46). The latter was awarded 4 Stars in the WINE magazine's Sauvignon Blanc Top 10 Competition.
